Me just mooing again. My dad came through and built me a new ramp for my birthday! Woo! I even pitched in and got my hands dirty (as well as a few other parts of my body I shan't mention). A crazy guy decided he was a shirt and decided not to be my friend anymore. I smell like a smoked ham currently. Oh, and I'm having one of my bedrooms converted into a HUGE roll-in closet! YAY! Plea for Ellen's Help

This is a video of my daughter (with Aicardi Syndrome) having a seizure. She has these nightly and they are very stressful for me to watch/hear. To add to that daily stress, I am a single mom and I am about to lose my wheelchair ramp equipped van because I am so behind on payments. We don't have money for rent, groceries, or sometimes even her monthly anti-seizure medications. How does this happen? I am a teacher with a college education - well, it began when I got divorced and because I work, she doesn't qualify for any assistance (even though she can't even roll over). Then it got worse when she was in the hospital in Oct. in ICU after a medical procedure and then developed pneumonia. The day she got out, I fell, broke my ankle, and had to have surgery. I was out of work so much that I am now behind on all my bills. My kids and I desperately need Ellen's help!

Conquest Wheelchair Motorcycle Being Driven by a Paraplegic

This handicap motorcycle is wheelchair accessible. The disabled driver can stay in their wheelchair while driving with the use of hand controls. There is a remote controlled ramp located in the back of the trike. The wheelchair locks into place with the use of an automated docking system called an EZ-Lock. This particular bike is a BMW R 1200 RT. Very cool. Young Adult Sunday School Mission Project

The Young Adult Sunday School class at New Hope Baptist Church built a wheelchair ramp for a couple in a neighboring town recently. We invited the church and neighborhood to help with the building, fellowshipping, and providing food. The mission of the project was twofold: 1. To provide a physical need 2. To be God's witnesses in our Judea,(Acts 1.8) and to be salt and light in our community (Matthew 5.15,16).
